I ported my number from Freedom, but my Freedom account is still working and incoming calls are being sent to there. My PM SIM can be used for outgoing calls and it does show my number as the caller ID. I ported another number as well and that is working completely fine. I messaged @CS_Agent about 12 hours ago, as well as sending a support ticket, but no luck. Any help?

@kamran4190 it is frowned upon to mark Your own post as a solution. Best to pick the closest reply or leave unsolved.

@kamran4190 I know many say that ports should take no more than two hours to complete but it is well documented here that for some customers it can take up to 24 hours for the port to complete. Since you already contacted PM best to continue to use your Freedom SIM until it stops working or you hear back from the mods.

@gblackma , @Dunkman @kselmak @@@Please resist in providing the Telus number immediately for stuck ports. It is supposed an internal numb
If too many people start calling then they might stop providing support for customers calling in.
Please let mods handle stuck port requests. As per terms of service mods have 24-48 hours to reply to requests. If a request passes this time...

@kamran4190 , the Telus porting department has no access to you PM account, but it can help you with a stuck port.
