The number public mobile gave me was in use so I could not receive calls or texts. I also can not log in to my account (full access) to try and change the number. I also deleted the e sim thinking I could re download it easily. Please someone help I just want to get a refund now dealing with PM help is a headache. I also bought the plan maybe an hour ago.
