Is there anyone that can help me get new number to where I live

Totally agree with this comment and it doesn't help when we have people come to PM pick a new number then port in hours or a few days later.  Just burns up another number before it can be put back into the fold for the next customer

Yes I did that but it doesn’t have any “902” numbers in Sydney and the rest are Long distant numbers that cost people money when they call or I call them

Hi , go to "My account" , log in,  choose "plan and add ons" tab , then  the "change number" tab .

Login to your self-serve account.

Select [Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Select a new phone number]

 

Please note that you can only change your number once per month.

But there is no time restriction for port a number to PM.

You can change it by yourself in your self serve account in PLAN/ADD-ONS you will see CHANGE MY NUMBER.
