I am a new custiomer - have a new activated Public Mobile SIM. I am trying to transfer my existing phone number from Koodo Prepaid to Public Mobile. I went through the process of talking to the bot, getting the "create ticket link" (https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/form/U2FsdGVkX1_D9WkilkvvXgcf3vyFJYc8c7x11_xJwdPlDijZa4kV... and trying to create a ticket. The issue is that in order to create a ticket I have to sign in into "Community". This always fails with "Error logging in". I can log in to Community directly no problem (e.g. to post this question), I event changed my password a couple of times in response to the "Error logging in". Cleared my browsing data completely a few times and I tried Chrome (my usual browser) as well as Safari. Still the same problem.
I did follow the process the bot suggested - choose a new number upon activation, then go and request number transfer (from Koodo Prepaid) by creating a ticket. I have both SIMs in my dual SIM phone - the Koodo one and the new, activated Public Mobile one as well - and they are both active (i.e. I can receive messages, codes from from both services). I just need to transfer the phone number. Please help me create the ticket.
Thanks.
Alex

Thanks RossN, I created the private message to the CS_Agent. It was not very clear what information they may need - I included the phone number at this time. Will post an update when I hear back.
