Number Transfer Issue

I am new to PM. I am having troubles transferring my number during activation and I got a SMS message stating PM will contact me.

I have a few questions.

1. What is the PM customer service hour?

2. When do I expect PM will contact me?

3. Is it possible for me to contact PM? The SMS provided a chat link but it doesn't work.

Any pointers are appreciated.

1. 8am to 10pm EST

2. PM will take days to contact you. So, call the number I send you
