I got a new SIM as I wanted to port my existing number to Public Mobile. I created my account and linked the new SIM , selected the plan and payed for it. Now when I login back , I am taked to the accont linking steps and select the plan etc which I have already done. I am also asked to pay again. I do not see the steps for activation and porting the number.
Can some one help ?

did you use the app to subscribe and ask them to ship the sim card? now you got the sim card in the mail and unable to proceed the rest of the activation?
please message support agent then, they will need to help with the rest of the steps

and to port the number into PM, make sure the account with your old carrier is still active and you need to still using it. The old carrier will send you a text to confirm porting and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins

Yes I have . Even in the App, it does not take me to activation step. It takes me back to the previous steps.

@FF2024, have you installed the Public Mobile app on your phone? You will need it to complete the final step of activating your account.
