Dear Public Mobile Support,
I am having an issue transferring my phone number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to Freedom Mobile. I received a confirmation message and replied "YES" as instructed, but the porting process did not complete.
Could you please check and resolve this issue, and ensure my number is ready to be transferred?

Hello, I still can't disconnect because when I visit my account, a message like this appears on the screen and I can't access the account management. Please Please, cancel this screen appearing in my account or just cancel my subscription. Because you're charging me monthly for a number I don't use.

Although there are rare cases to the contrary, your Public Mobile service still working means that the phone number has not been ported over to Freedom Mobile. You do not need to manually cancel your Public Mobile service, but it would be a good idea to check that your Public Mobile service has in fact stopped working.

Please do not post your contact infromation here. Also, posting a message here doesn't contact Public Mobile support.
As for sending your Winnipeg phone number to Freedom Mobile, you'll need to contact Freedom for any and all assistance. Freedom is responsible for any troubleshooting and/or any contact that needs to be made with Public Mobile to complete this number port.

first ask Freedom why it was stuck
if Freedom thinks it is something on PM side, then ask PM agent to check. submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
