I am unable to receive incoming calls after initiating a number port into Public Mobile. I responded YES to the SMS to initiate the port. Please send me the porting team number.

Thank you for providing the number for the Porting Team. I called the Porting Team, updated account information, and they have indicated that the port should now be successful.

sound like porting was not done
You can call Public Mobile porting team to provide the correct Info and get status update. I will send you the porting team number. Please check your Community inbox for my message
