I upgraded to the $35.00 Black Fridays plan which was suppose to go in effect on my new billing date of Dec 2nd. It didn't.

If you have a proof you did schedule upgrade on next renewal (screenprint) open a ticket and agent will assist you.

the My Account still showing old plan?  but did you check credit card and see if it charged old rate or new?

if just My Account showing old plans, it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
