I am not being notified of Calls and text messages @ Service

@Gn2  What phone do you have?  If an iPhone make sure the little button on the top left side has not been accidentally switched to silent mode.

Are the notifications settings enabled on the phone and messaging app?

@Gn2 Have you tried rebooting the phone ? Can you confirm that your accounts active ? Does data  work ?and you don’t have the volume turned down by any chance ?

Please do not tag the username "Service" as that person does not work for Public Mobile.  As for not being notified of calls and text messages, are you actually receiving the text messages?  If the text messages are on your device but you're not being notified, this is a device issue. Also, check if there are missed calls in your call log.  Double check that do not disturb mode has not been accidently enabled.
