Notification - $15 plan - Outgoing min

Incase anyone is curious.

If you're on the $15 plan which includes 100 outgoing minutes. Public Mobile will send you a text message from 611 when you have 10 minutes left.

Same with the $10 plan. Texts too.

So it seems the notification bug is only with data. As far as we know still.

Yeah, that feature was so helpful for me. Normally when I talk on the phone I ask my friends to call me but one time I forgot and made an outgoing call... Luckily I received that text or else I would've blown through all 100 minutes in one call
