I have been having issues with sending texts (failing to send, but eventually working after multiple attempts) and now receiving and making calls. When I try to call it says "Not registered on the network" and the texts say "Not able to send at this time, will send when service becomes available".  My account is up to date and I am in the middle of a billing cycle. I've restarted my phone several times to no avail.  My phone shows connected to the network and all the bars are up.

What is the issue??? Is everyone having this problem?

PM has problem with the network yesterday but it is now fixed

Maybe you can reboot phone and it will work now

I have no usage related issues at the moment.  Maybe consider initiating a support ticket and have support do an account reset.
