Not recieving any services i paid for

hello all i haf put 25 dollar card onto my account witch took me to a balance of 33 dollars. I have a 25 text and talk plan.. They took my 25 dollars and i still cannot text nor locally call .. Recieve messages nor calls .. It shows my account is active

@Brandonh94, can you check your spelling in your post, I'm unable to understand what you're asking about.

Can you also explain more what you're experiencing as resetting an account really isn't a solution if we can figure out exactly what you're talking about?
