Hello, for some reason, I do not receive any texts or emails from PM. For example, support tickets - no emails, account changes - nothing, promotional texts - nothing. I see my wife getting all the seasonal data rewards etc etc...but I get zero. The only texts I get are when I log into my account, and get a pass code.
Support says they have "reset my account, and see no issues", I dont have any blocked numbers or contacts relating to PM. I also don't see any option in my profile related to texts or email setting.
Anyone got any ideas? Many thanks.

When did you sign up? I signed up on Monday and didn't start getting emails/texts from PM until like Wednesday morning.

They were sending in different batches today and they have sent out all today. Check your spam folder on your email. If still no email, please open ticket with PM support:
