Not receiving verification codes from app by sms

I’m trying to get what’s app to work on my phone but verification codes are not coming through

@Fdj If resetting network settings doesn't work, contact CS Agent at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437.  I've read they're able to fix individually if network reset doesn't work.
