Not receiving verification code

Trying to log in to update payment information. After entering valid username and password its having me send a code to email which I am not receiving. Also means I cannot log in to switch the verification step to text. I have tried on my phone and a mac book.

use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, To Login Page  >> and enter your email and password

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

@Pyradnoctem    You can retry clearing cache/cookies and using incognito mode. 

 

Usually, there's an option to receive the 2FA by email or text unless the account is suspended then only the email option is available.

edit:  You could also purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and load the funds via 611 to get the account activated if suspended which gives you more time to deal with getting the account access issued resolved.  Another option is recharge.com but the charge a fee.
