Just ported over from bell this morning. Using iPhone 13, calls are fine
Texts are not coming in. Seem to be sending with bell SIM card still inserted.

Switched from VM to PM too yesterday and having issues with texts and iMessages. It’s really frustrating.

Chris I had the exact same issue yesterday, ported from Bell and sms and MMS didn't work. Checked my APN settings to verify, but after I opened up a ticket things started working within 12 hours.

@ChrisfromPEI The very bottom link I sent should work to send private message to agents . You are already logged into community so shouldn’t need to log in again . Click it and start to type message to the agents

The bottom support tab won’t let me sign in. Keeps timing out. Can’t receive texts,
Not a great start to my Public Mobile experience at all.

@ChrisfromPEI Public mobile is struggling with new activations , best to constant support to help . Hope and pray it works . I can assure thou it’s not your phone the issues it’s a PM issues
submit ticket with support to fix . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
