Chris I had the exact same issue yesterday, ported from Bell and sms and MMS didn't work. Checked my APN settings to verify, but after I opened up a ticket things started working within 12 hours. Hope this helps

Good Morning, having the same issues, port from Bell, I hit yes on prompt.About 30 mins ago my SMS and MMS started to work.
