I ported my phone last night from speak out.
My outgoing text works and I can recieve texts from other Public mobile users, but I can't receive texts or phone calls from anyone else.
When I receive phone calls, it goes straight to my OLD answering service.
Any advice on what to do?

Contact @CS_Agent they can HELP YOU there will be some issues for few days when you port your NUMBER

Porting from Speakout can be tricky. There have been lots of reported porting issues. I think they use the phone number as the account number and porting is best done using phone IMEI plus account PIN. Anyway, customers don't get a second chance at porting. So, best to just contact the moderator team for help as already suggested.

I'm not sure when you ported your number, but it appears it hasn't fully completed yet. Porting can be completed quickly, but sometimes it take a couple hours to finish.
If it's been more than 4 hours, I would suggest you send a private message to the @CS_Agent with your sim number, your phone number (porting in), and if possible, any other information that may be required (speakout account number, PIN, etc...)
