I think I didn't respond 'YES' to my old carriers text fast enough while porting my number over to Public Mobile and now I'm not receiving calls and texts with my Public Mobile SIM. My old SIM still works perfectly though, how can I reset the porting process? Thanks for your help!

@TK_88 Sounds like a failed port , will
Private message you the porting team number and they can re trigger the port request for you . I’m guessing your old provider SIM card still works ? You will need to leave it in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port

click on the little envelop icon on top right side of page..I just sent you a message with a number you can call to re-start port process. Good luck.
