Not receiving incoming calls , callers hit voicemail

I am having issues receiving calls , at times they ring my phone but most times callers are telling me they hit voicemail.

I am full bars on reception. My phone is not in flight mode. No changes made to any apps . Apn settings validated. Sim card restated. Issue persists

Can you try sim in a different phone? That will isolate hardware VS account issues. Or another sim in your phone

Samsung galaxy a8 never had this issues in the last 6 months owning this device .

Even when phone is waked while texting or browsing,  watching videos whatever incoming calls are hit and miss.

You phone may be in deep sleep and by the time it woke up, the incoming call was forwarded to voicemail.  Just guessing.

Which phone are you using?

Do you have a do not disturb feature enabled? What happens if they call twice right after one another.

@Jessmir88Is it a new acount that you just ported in to Public Mobile? Is so, the porting process is still on going.
