Not receiving calls

I am new to public mobile.  I ported my number in from Rogers yesterday but I am unable to receive calls, it just goes to my Rogers voicemail.   How can I fix this?

Yes.  I saw it in the lounge, and in that category, it won't be seen very often as I suspect that many members don't look at those messages.

@lisapinder2007

For starters, it would make a world of a difference if you'd posting in a sub forum where your query is actually noticed - the lounge is for general, not Public Mobile related banter, new posts in here are not showing up on the "New Posts" lists, so unless someone is deliberately stopping by here, it can go unnoticed for a loooooong time...

As for your actual problem: it looks like your port is stuck. You will need to contact the moderator team (= Public Mobile customer service employees) so that they can resubmit the port request on your behalf.
