Not receiving calls or voicemail notifications

I'm not receiving calls or voicemail notifications. Received an email today asking about letting someone know a good time to call because they'd been trying to reach me and couldn't and I hadn't received their voicemail. Also didn't receive call to buzz partner into building. Phone says I have service.

@SLivingston53  - are you a new customer, or are you an existing customer for some time now and this just starting happening? What more details can you provide?

Try one or more of the below troubleshooting tips to help with network/phone issues:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*perform a reset network settings on your device

*try your SIM card into another compatible phone for a few days to see if the issues are the same...this could rule out a device issue/setting.

 

If you are a new customer did you activate with a new number or transferred one over from another provider?

If this was a cell port, and if you missed this 90 minute window, submit a ticket via this link to re-initiate the port:

Hi @SLivingston53 you  cannot receive incoming calls ?  How about can you make calls to other?

 

Try to change to 3G Only and check if you can receive incoming
