Hi,
I lost my SIM and do not have access to the phone number. In order to activate my number, I need to login to self-serve but I am unable to. I guess I am not using right password and so I am unable to login to the account :(.Tried resetting the password - under email verification, by confirming my email address but it says "Your login failed. Please try again".
Please help!! I need to get back to my number asap. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you!!

@Anssh - are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status? If so, note that after 90 days in this status, you lose your account, phone number and access to self serve.
So, if this is your scenario, you will need to activate the SIM card under a new account.
Otherwise, get help to get back into your account with CSA by methods provided by @softech .
