what phones are you using? if tehy are older could teh be missing some of teh celluelar bands? (the bands might be only a data is thing though)

I still have issues getting reliable signal while at work, but the building materials used are not cellular friendly.
i switched from Wind to Public Mobile about 14 months ago. My reception at home is far superior to what wing, and Rogers before them were providing me.

it sounds like it is a signal reception issue.

I remember that used to happen when I was with Freedom Mobile. The reception was not always good.

is it everywhere or just a certain location, ie are you in a basement. what is the reception like in your area?
