Both of our phones are acting up giving some customers a notice that the call is not able to be completed due to technical issues. Other calls come through with no issues. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

@TDIBAR Try resetting network settings . And reboot the phone

@TDIBAR - the message says technical issues on some incoming calls?? Wonder if the caller is having the issue rather than your phones.
Are these both new accounts with Public or accounts that have been working for some time now? What trouble shooting has been done?
