Not receiving Text Message from Switzerland

Hello, I’m on the 19$ plan with unlimited international text messaging. But I’m not receiving text messages from my friends from Switzerland.

Changing carrier is not a solution.  It is a limitation of shortcode itself

International shortcode text, like 2FA text from banks in US or Switzerland, are not guaranteed., it is a hit or miss. Regular international text are ok but not shortcodes.  It might work on some providers sometime and experience show it will broke sometime 

only Canadian shortcode text found here are guaranteed

So, it is better to check with your overseas bank and see if you can receive the 2FA using other ways, such as email or authenticator app

Note: Public Mobile does not support international short codes from businesses or banks outside of North America. Additionally, while standard international texting is included in most plans from Canada, it often fails due to formatting or carrier-level blocks on the recipient's side.

are you in Canada now?.  the International text is to send to other countries From Canada.  It is not to be used when you are overseas
