"We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access". I cannot get past this authentication session, I do not receive the SMS 2FA the code to my number. I have sim1 (original) and esim (Public mobile). They are both activated, I have received the SMS about allowing to transfer number from original provider and said YES.

I attempted to logon to public mobile app on Android phone with new public esim as primary sim, and the old sim is set to active as backup. When I attempted logon with 2FA, I do not get the code on my SMS. So I am stuck.
Currently, I am able to call out but not receive calls, it just goes immediately to voice mail. SMS in and out, not working. I am assuming without the final authentication is the reason for limited services.

@Mac543 Are you using the App to complete the subscription process? The web version will not allow you to proceed past the 2FA, so subscriptions need to be done solely using the downloaded
