Ever since switching to public mobile and using an eSIM I have not been able to receive incoming calls. Others are telling me my calls are going straight to voicemail.

Hey @Kennedy1105
How long ago did you port over to Public Mobile? It may be a porting problem if it was recent. However if you were getting calls after you signed up, you may need a network reset. Here's how to get a CS Agent to help you.

HI @Kennedy1105
you ported in your phone number? if you requested port , then what you experiencing means the porting was not done. The number still with your old carrier and the voicemail people got is your old carrier's VM
I will send you a number to PM porting them, they will re-initiate the porting request. Check your Community inbox and call them and get it fixed
(after PM re-initiate the request, you will need to put your old carrier sim card and wait for the text from your old carrier and reply Yes to complete the port)
