I joined Publice Moblie months ago and shifted from Fido. I just realized I cannot receive some calls and text messages from some of my family. Can you please help to solve the issue.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.
Did you replied to the text from Fido with the Fido SIM in your phone when you activated the PM SIM?

you sure you can receive incoming calls at all??
do you know if Fido sim still working and account still active??
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can confirm the status for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
