Glad to see I am not the only upset and frustrated customer. I have 2 phones but they put them on seperate accounts saying it had to be this way. Can even access the one account and I need the Account Number Grrrrr

@Sasser Yes each account has to have its own email . But if you don’t remember the email . But need account number to port out submit ticket with support
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .

what error you got for accessing account? If 2FA, click Resend code and then Send email
if you forgot the password, use the forgot password there
or you can ask support agent to help
