Not getting some verification codes

I get some verification codes but not all. Seeking assistance. Been a customer for many years.

I’ve had public mobile for years. Same number same eSIM

did you activation within 3 days? it is not unusual not all security code, 2FA code will come when you first ported your number.  You need at least 3 days for all codes to catch up. After the 3 days, things would be normal
