I forgot the password to my account, and after I put in my email address and security question, the site states that it will send me an email on resetting my password. I checked my email and junk and spam, but I did not receive any emails from Public Mobile. I verifyed that the email adress is correct, and the one used when I first set up the account.

@Mary_M i believe this has been suggested before, but can you ask the higher ups to add some text to the for got password page saying, there are know issues with the password reset and it is being investigated. if you do not receive the reset email withon 10 minutes please contact the mod team via the community with this info x,y,z (and we will manually reset your password).
