Hello! Brand new to public mobile! Can't seem to get my data working. Is there anything I have to do to set up my phone?

some phones, like the LGs, need to do a factory reset before data would work.

Also make sure your cellular data is enabled.
Text msgs and attachments do not consume any of your Data allocation (as measured on your billing), but they do still require Data to be active.
You may also need to restart your device before any changes to settings take effect.

@Lana Make sure your APN settings are correct. Go to https://apn-canada.gishan.net/ and match the APN settings on your phone.
