Anyone else in the Ottawa area not receiving their text? I eventually was able to send one after shuttingoff a couple times but incoming still not coming thru
I have 2 accounts with public. One I have decided to go with Telus. I just renewed this account a week ago. I am wondering if any unused balance can be transfered to my other account which is also in my name.
I have tried to make a manual payment for "amount due" it is coming back saying my amount due is 0 yet my phone is not working. Can not send or receive textes, cannot call out and all incoming goes directly to voicemail
I think I realized why now just in case it happens to you again. Both of us had used all out allotted data. My phone was set to send all text SMS which requires the data I think. Once I renewed this morning all was well!
I also received a used data message. When someone calls my phone it goes straight to voice mail. When I shut down the phone, all incoming texts come in at once then seems that they are blocked again. My renewal date is tomorrow so I should be good...
