I paid my bill and send me a text saying they received it.And it work for approx a day and a half. Then public mobility said they credited me $25.00 back and said, I needed $10.00 more to get my services back In on the $25.00 mth plan +tax .Also send a report on this almost a week ago and still NO RESPONSE IM NOT IMPRESSED. I also have the ref# to proof it was sent What is going on !!!

The easiest way to solve your issue might be a voucher loaded thru 611 to get your services working. Then deal with what and why there was a credit back.

That's when Public Mobile starts asking for a money order. I would imagine that if a chargeback was done, Public Mobile would also refuse to accept that card again.

It is unusual for PM to credit your account back. If on autopay, any issue with your credit card (ie. changed expiry date?) Maybe screenshot your payment history page. Might provide useful information.

How are you paying for your services? Vouchers? Autopay? When was your renewal date?
What is your Account Status in self service? Was it a moderator who contacted you?
