Hey all. Brand new Public user here.
Ported in over yesterday, over 24 hours ago. Still can't get inbound texts from anyone which is terrible because I can't get my confirmation code to gain full access to eversafe account. So I'm locked out of my account. Interestingly enough, phone calls in/out work and outbound SMS works, but not inbound.
Has anyone had this before? I put in a ticket, but I really need some help here.

Thought I would follow up on this. For over 2 days of dealing with tech support from both providers, PM was never able to fix my issue. I was never able to resolve my problem of getting inbound text messages. Totally unacceptable and ported away today. Immediately after porting away I was able to start receiving text messages.
Will be seeking a refund.

I finally got on the phone with porting team at both PM and old provider. PM confirmed the port is 100% complete but cannot give me any tech support on how or why I am not receiving any SMS messages. Incredibly frustrating.
Can anyone help, or do I have to leave PM so I can get texts?

@kelenkelen Ill private messge you the porting team number . Give them a call they can give status update on the port or re trigger it if needed
