Hey Aiwin1, it's a bit frustrating when data suddenly decides to take a break, isn't it? Here are a few steps to try (assuming you're using an iPhone):
Check that Your Data is Turned On: First, go to your iPhone's settings and make sure that cellular data is enabled. You can find this under "Cellular" in the settings menu.
Toggle Airplane Mode: Sometimes, turning on Airplane Mode for a few seconds and then turning it off can reset your network connection. Give that a shot.
Check APN Settings: Make sure your Access Point Name (APN) settings are correct for Public Mobile. You can find these settings on the Public Mobile website or by contacting their customer support.
Reset Network Settings: Go to "Settings," then "General," and scroll down to "Reset." Choose "Reset Network Settings." This won't erase your data but will reset network-related settings.
Update iOS: Ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Sometimes, updating the software can resolve connectivity issues.
Contact Public Mobile Support: If none of the above steps work, it's a good idea to reach out to Public Mobile's customer support. They might be able to help you diagnose the issue and make sure everything is set up correctly on their end.
