When I try to call a message says I am out of minutes.
My account is paid automatically each month.
I have used zero minutes this month.
How can I fix this problem?

PM had a technical glitch and had to reset my account.

@paulreeve and your incoming calls are working without problem?
are you on the $15 plan? since PM's plan renewal date will change, maybe it is not the renewal date yet and you are still on old cycle and used up the minutes?
Please login to My Account again using Incognito mode and check if you still have minutes
if you do, turn off the phone for 5 mins before power up and test again
