I recently got a used Lg G5 and since activating it with my SIM I havent been able to use data without wifi. My account is up to date and I even purchased a $10 data add-on. I am currently on the $45 a month plan. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

@AliceLeningrad sorry to hear about your troubles.
There are no phone numbers to call but you can send a private message to @CS_Agent explaining your issue and they can try helping you out.
If its not too much trouble, then can you try a factory reset?

I keep trying to input the APN information - i had to add a new APN because there were none listed. Is that normal?
Anyway I put in the info and when I go back some of the fields have reset to blank. This is super frustrating, is there anyone I can just call?

Try changing your phone's APN settings as per the website below:

Make sure your APN settings match what is in this picture.
