Hi,
I was told my number couldn't be ported normally a representative via email created a ticket and told me my number would be ported 'shortly', it's been more than 24 hours and still nothing, can someone look into this for me please?  Thanks!

Hi Mods,  it's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't had my number ported.   I emailed support on Monday but haven't received a reply, can someone look into the ticket for me please?   Thanks!
