Not able to make a local phone call...

Hi there, I have $15 plan  and I am not able to make a local phone call. It tells me that I used all my minutes but I have local phone calls for free. It also shows that I used all my Canada wide minutes but I do not call long distance. Can someone help me out what to do?

Indeed all calls go toward your minutes.

I just want to clarify so it means that the plan has 100 minutes ( local and Canada wide together)

I might need to get better plan. Thank you for your time

Thank you for explaining 🙂

On the $15/month plan you have 100 Canada-wide minutes meaning any calls you make will count towards that 100 minutes. If you are called and you still have minutes then it does not use up your minutes. If you have used up all your minutes then the person will not be able to call you. To check if you have used up all your minutes you can sign onto your account and look for the usage.

If indeed you have used up your minutes and you’d like more you have 2 choices, either purchase an add-on for more minutes or wait for your renewal date.
