Not able to activate esim

I just subscribed to a plan yesterday. The phone I tried to set up with esim is not working (It needs Gspace to download public mobile app but the app won't open properly in Gspace so.I can not continue to activate). I was wondering how I can use physical sim card instead. I am stuck at the position where I need agents help.

Thanks a lot! However, I am stuck at the activation page when logging in with PC. That specific phone has trouble launching the app. My other phone is not compatible with Esim (telling me to contact agent for refund). I am not sure if there is anytging I can do from my end. But thanks for sharing me the agent link

@James37377  You need the app to activate now since new update . But if your able to log into your my account once’s all set up your can replace SIM card on profile tab like this 

SIM  SWAPPING  profile tabs

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device
