I noticed the website changed dramatically and has become rather confusing.
For example, on my mobile device, it keeps changing options before I can select them.
What I find useful, is put your screen in "desktop" mode. I don't know about Apple, but android, it's the bottom right, usually. There opens a window, find desktop mode. Makes the new website run smoother.
"make a payment"
It doesn't give you any other option besides "pay with voucher"
Which is not what you want, but... Click it anyway and that opens the next window where you can pay your bill normally like before.
But you have to click it before it slides to the next screen.
Honestly, really poor design, I literally almost gave up on paying my bill, because I simply couldn't find it, website isn't designed for mobile, really.
But for all those out there with my problem...
To pay your bill:
(optional) load view desktop version
1. Click the "pay by voucher button"
Even if you're not, it opens the window that allows you to pay normally.
Its just poor programming and misleading.
Its also frustrating because it auto swipes and you can't press the button anymore.
So I highly suggest.. If any moderators read this, the QA/QC team highly failed. The new website is slower and worse than the old one and its much harder to pay, so if you don't get payments, give the customers lax and charge the contractor for lost money because people can't simply figure out how to pay because of poor design.
Just saying.
