Not a new customer - randomly stopped receiving texts

I have stopped receiving texts from my dad who I have texted forever lol. Last text I got was April 18 and he's texted me a bunch since then apparently. Not a new customer, no changes to anything.

Try resetting your network connections - they've had 'issues' with texting recently.
