@acds use the bottom link hTideGnow also posted to private message 'Moderators' - what @hTideGnow ? - LOL.
Moderators are also knowns as Customer Support Agents, 2 methods to reach them found here in the help articles:

HI @acds Do you have another phone around to try your PM SIM on?
If that does not work, if you have no phone to test, open ticket with PM CS Agent as I mentioned above

HI @acds
Many reported similar issues last couple days. Do you have another phone to put your PM SIM into it and test? Some people tested and said that will fix the problem.
Even you don't , at least reseat the sim card.
If still not working, open ticket with PM CS Agent .
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- type: Contact CS Agent
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Other"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

As long as your plan says ACTIVE...you should have service. Try cycling Airplane mode ON / OFF.
Can you call and text ? Is data working ?

Does your self-serving account says: Active?
Did you try rebooting your phone?
