Not Receiving 4G download speeds!

Hi!

 

My plan changed today to the 20 GB 4G. Unfortunately my download speed is stuck at 3 mbit / sec (3G speeds). Is this a possible provisioning error or glitch in updating the speed cap of my plan's included data? Or is there a day or few lag in the network updating my plan's change? I have rebooted my phone. It displays LTE + but definitely isn't operating at this speed. 

 

Ideas? Please help! Merci 🙏🤓

I meant to say after the plan change, 4G speed will kick in after 48 hours.

That's true for existing customers, but if by acivation you mean a new account, all new accounts automatically default to the faster speeds for the first 48 hours.

It takes about 48 hours for the speed to change.
