Hello community,
I am trying to activate my new wife's Public sim with her previous Koodoo number starting 343-463..., however on the activation page, it says it's not a Canadian number? Why? Had anyone been in this situation before?
Thanks in advance,

@cauemoyano did you attempt activation multiple times?
Not Canadian number error could mean the number is already requested for porting, could be from previous activation attempts.
But it can also be because you have Koodo Prepaid account.
Either way, you can try to activate with a new number first. Once confirmed the activation is completed and you can make outgoing and receiving incoming calls, then you can open ticket with PM Support for them to submit the porting request for you

I had this issue as well. Are you on Koodo prepaid? Message customer support. They have to do the transfer on their end. Know both your temporary public mobile number, your old koodo number you want transferred, your koodo account number, and the number on your public mobile sim card.
