No verification OTP recieved

Hi,

 

I need to update my payment method as my VISA expired. Usually, it would happen through autopsy. However, since it got expired the 'my account' has been suspended and requires further verification to log in. This verification prompts me for an OTP that was sent to my associated email. 

 

However, I never received such OTP and as a result, I am stuck in a loop on the verification process without being able to update my payment method.  Is there any way this verification process takes place through SMS or verification check go away until I update my payment method?

@akshay   Unfortunately, once the account is suspended, then PM will only email the 2FA and if you're not receiving the email (check your junk folder/another email address), then you need to submit ticket to customer support if you're still trying to login to your account.

Yes, you have 2 options for the 6 digit 2FA to you…email or text. Text is faster.

On your PC, clear your cache, cookie and go incognito to stop the endless loop.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

 

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
