Going to US - Roaming plan

I am in Canada and I have just bought the US talk and data plan and now trying to call the hotel in Minnesta 1(952) number. I am getting the message that I have used all the minutes and can not call this number. 

please advise

You purchased the wrong Add-on. The one you want is the 1000 minute US calling for $15 if you are calling from Canada.

The 10 days US talk and data Roaming will only work if you are in the US.

Contact a CS_Agent for a refund and explain your error.

They should be able to manually switch you from your roaming add on to a US LD add on which is competitively priced. (Relatively speaking)

U.S add-ons roaming 10 day package working in U.S, not working from canada to U.S,

you bought  wrong add-ons contact support team by private message CS_Agent  to remove and buy it when you are visit U.S, or you need to make call from canada to U.S  then you need to buy it other add-ons from canada to U.S.

@Hussainsyed hi that add on is for 10 days while you are in the US it does not work on canada
